We typically work with People & Culture Professionals and Business Leaders, starting each project by gaining a deep understanding of the client’s business and organisational culture, so we can truly appreciate their challenges and goals.
From there, we design tailored solutions that challenge established thinking, address specific needs, and drive meaningful results.

Andrea Croft is a highly experienced Organisational Psychologist who has helped a wide range of multinational and Australian organisations to develop their leaders and build high-performance cultures.
Andrea is known for her ability to leverage people insights and data to improve the quality of people decisions and leadership development within an organisation. Her clients recognise and trust her personal dedication to delivering the best results, her empathy, and her ability to bring a fresh perspective to the table.
Andrea has held a number of corporate roles, as well as co-founded a successful consulting business which she ran for 15 years, before selling so that she could build her own business.

Her experience spans industries including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Professional Services, Banking and Finance, Energy, Technology and FMCG.
She has a BA in Psychology, MA in Psychology and an MA in Counselling. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychologists, and is endorsed in Australia as a practicing Organisational Psychologist. She is an accredited and very experienced user of a range of instruments such as OPQ, WAVE, Hogan, 16 PF, MBTI, MSCEIT EQ.
Andrea founded Anaura in 2019 in order to bring others the benefit of her extensive expertise and to enhance the People & Culture functions across a variety of organisations.
